Security Investigation Verification
IAW AR 380-19, para 2-16(b) a favorable security investigation (ENAC,NAC or NACI) must have been submitted/completed for an individual submitting personal data through this website and they must be considered suitable for access to Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) information before access can be granted to RIA Automated Information Systems (AIS). All Requests for users who do not have current access to a RIA system will be forwarded to AMSTA-RI-FPS for verification of security investigation information prior to access establishment.
By submitting any request from this site you must certify that the data you enter is true and correct. You must also acknowledge and agree that:
- U.S.Government resources will only be used for the performance of official duties.
- Data, software, and hardware will be protected to the best of your abilities.
- Proprietary and copyrighted material will be appropriately protected.
- Security incidents will be reported to the IASO immediately.
- Users will only use their individually assigned logon ID & will protect passwords and access numbers as FOUO.
- Users will access only resources as authorized & will abide by applicable security regulations.
